Video Conferences (VICON) is a Value Added Service (VAS) of ICON+ which will communicate an interactive two ways Audio Visual system between several people in different location. VICON uses an IP based technology that is applicable with a low budget.

The minimum requirements to obtain VICON service

* A minimum bandwidth for the network communication data is 256kbps (IP VPN MPLS)
* Local Area Network (LAN) available
* Owning a Router and a Switch
